INFORMATION FOR USERS ON THE USE OF COOKIES
Pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (the “Privacy Legislation”) including EU Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (“Privacy Code”), as well as the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority regarding cookies, Inoxplast S.R.L. . (“Inoxplast S.R.L.” or the “Company” or the “Data Controller”) in its capacity as data controller, provides users (hereinafter the “Users” or, in the singular, the “User”) with the following information relating to cookies and other tracking tools installed on the www.inoxplast.com website (the “Site”).
Who is the Data Controller?
The Data Controller is Inoxplast S.R.L., with registered office in Via Lecco, 23 – 20900 Monza (MB), VAT number 13065160965, which can be contacted at

What are cookies?
Cookies are text files and numbers that are installed while browsing a website, in the memory of the device (PC, smartphone or tablet) connected to the Internet through the browser application installed there.
Cookies, usually present in the browsers of Users in very large numbers and sometimes also with characteristics of long persistence over time, are used for different purposes such as, by way of example but not limited to, for the execution of computer authentications, for the monitoring of sessions, for the storage of information on specific configurations regarding the Users who access the server, etc.
1. Use of cookies
The Privacy Policy identifies the following macro-categories that the site uses:
Technical cookies: necessary for operation
Analytical cookies: Google Analytics (IP anonymized)
Cookie di terze parti: YouTube, Google Fonts, social plugin
“technical cookies”, are cookies that are used to browse or provide a service requested by the User. These cookies are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or manager of the Site. In addition, these cookies can be divided into: navigation or session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); functionality cookies, which allow the User to browse according to a series of selected criteria (e.g., language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to the User. The prior consent of Users is not required for the installation of technical cookies;
“analytics cookies” are used to monitor the use of the Site by Users for the purpose of optimizing the same (number of visitors, pages visited, time spent on the Site, etc.).
In order for analytics cookies to be equated with technical cookies, it is essential that they are created and used directly by the first-party site (without the intervention of third parties) to improve their usability, and preclude the possibility of reaching, through their use, the direct identification of the data subject, which is equivalent to preventing the use of analytics cookies which, due to their characteristics, may be direct and unique identifiers of Users.
In order to consider analytics cookies, including third-party cookies, as technical cookies, it is necessary that: (i) analytics cookies are used only to produce aggregate statistics and in relation to a single site or a single mobile application so as not to allow the tracking of the navigation of the person who uses different applications or browses different websites; (ii) at least the fourth component of the IP address is masked for third-party analytics cookies; (iii) third parties refrain from combining these analytics cookies with other processing (customer files or statistics of visits to other sites, for example) or from transmitting them to third parties.
For the installation of these analytics cookies, which can be assimilated to technical cookies, the prior consent of the Users is not required; where, on the other hand, analytics cookies are not similar to technical cookies, the consent of the Users will be required for their installation;
“profiling cookies” are cookies aimed at creating profiles relating to the User and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the User in the context of web browsing. Due to the particular invasiveness that these cookies can have in the private sphere of Users, the Privacy Legislation provides that the User must be adequately informed about their use and express their valid consent to the use of these cookies.
For the installation of profiling cookies, the User’s consent is therefore required, expressed after the User has been informed in a simplified manner;
In addition, cookies can be installed directly by the Site visited by the User (the so-called “first-party cookies”), or they can be installed by other websites (the so-called “third-party cookies”).
Finally, in terms of time, cookies can be divided into: (i) “persistent cookies”, i.e. cookies stored permanently on the User’s device until the predetermined expiry date (minutes, days, years); (ii) “session cookies”, i.e. cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
1.2. What cookies does the Site use and for what purposes?

Technical cookies
These cookies are necessary for the operation of the Site and cannot be turned off in the Company’s systems. You can set your browser to block these cookies, but as a result, some parts of the site will not work. These cookies do not store any personal information.
First – and third-party analytics cookies similar to technical cookies
These first-party and third-party cookies, where similar to technical cookies, allow the Company to count visits and traffic sources so that we can measure and improve the performance of the Site. They help us know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the Site. All information collected by cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous.
Cookie analytics
Analytics cookies that cannot be assimilated to technical cookies are those that, due to their characteristics, can be direct and unique identifiers of Users. They therefore allow us to collect statistical information in NOT aggregate form on the number of Users and how they visit the site.
For the installation of these cookies, the User must have given their consent.
Please note that:
first-party cookies fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the Data Controller;
Third-party cookies fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the third party itself. It also follows that third-party cookie providers are obliged to comply with the Privacy Legislation. For this reason, please refer to the links of the web pages of the third party’s website, where the User can find the cookie consent collection forms (where necessary) and their related policies.

the “right of access” and specifically to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her and their communication in intelligible form;
Moreover, the “right to rectification”, i.e. the right to request the rectification or, if interested, the integration of personal data;
the “right to erasure”, i.e. the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the personal data were collected or subsequently processed;

Moreover, It is expressly understood, as provided for in Article 21 of the GDPR, that in the event of the exercise of the right to object by the Data Subject, the Data Controller will refrain from further processing the personal data unless the Data Controller demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the ascertainment, the exercise or defence of a right in court.
Where processing is based on consent, the Data Subject will also have the right to revoke, at any time, any consent given, it being understood that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
